HIDDEN IN THE FOG Announces Lineup Changes

November 12, 2006

Germany's highly progressive black metal outfit HIDDEN IN THE FOG has parted ways with guitarist Gorbag and bassist Draug Carcharoth and has replaced them with Alexander F.J. Creuzfeld and Lothargie, respectively. Creuzfeld and Lothargie joined the band for last year's European tour with VITAL REMAINS and have now been named full-fledged members. "(They) proved ideal reinforcements both on and off stage, so we recently decided to make them permanent members of HIDDEN IN THE FOG," the group said in a recent interview with HeavyMetal.no.

HIDDEN IN THE FOG's new album, "Damokles", was released last year through the German label Twilight. The band were hailed as one of the hottest German black metal newcomers in 2004 by both Metal Hammer and Rock Hard magazines after the release of their acclaimed "Abstract Maelstrom Paragon" mini-CD.
